AcclaimとロシアのHeadnoiseの共同リリースで決定していた、東京のクラスト・ハードコア "Life" とロシアのメタリック・クラスト "Fatum" のsplit 7"EPですが、フォーマットをsplit CDに変更。

ロシアのHeadnoiseが現在のロシアーウクライナ戦争下では活動しづらい状況もあり、資金的な問題を考慮。まずはフォーマットをレコードより製作費の安いCDに変更し、Distro Rakkos、Price Of Grain、Punk Bastard Records―日本の4レーベル共同でリリースすることにしました。

そして、先に名前をあげたように、Asocial Terror Fabrication / Deformed Existenceメンバー運営の東京Punk / Hardcore distro "Price Of Grain" がレーベルとしてデビュー、本作の共同リリースへ参加。シリアスな現行4強レーベル揃い踏みで、かっこいいリリースになりました。Acclaimも自信を持ってお届けしたい作品となっています。

アートワークは、オーストラリアの ”Punk Metal Dark Art” のRekkaenが担当。

ジャケットは7"EPサイズで、中にCDが封入されます。全4曲収録。
